Mare owner completes the contract on the Eminent Equine Stallion profile with all the Mares details and Vet information for breeding their Mare.
Stallion owner receives a notification to accept or decline the contract request. If accepted, the Mare Owner is notified via email requesting payment. If declined an email notification is also sent.
Signatures and Full Contract Payment, as well as an administration fee of $22, is required to secure your contract. Semen is not sent until payment has been received
Your contract payment (minus booking fee) is held securely by Eminent Equine until a positive 45 day pregnancy. If you do not receive a positive pregnancy, you can request a refund or rebreed via a supplied link, guaranteeing your money back directly from Eminent Equine Australia.
Once Payment has been received, the Stallion vet or semen distribution centre and the Mare Vet are notified via email of the successful contract and provided with all relevant breeding details to begin the breeding process.
Breeding date and Pregnancy Confirmation prompt emails are sent to the Mare owner to be uploaded to the Eminent Equine platform, including 14-day pregnancy outcome and 45-day Positive Pregnancy confirmation (Mandatory for Live Foal Guarantee). If unsuccessful, the Stallion owner is to determine next steps, such as rebreed or refund, through their Eminent dashboard.
The Eminent Equine Stallion Breeding Administration System automatically generates complete breeding return information for the stallion owners to submit to the relevant associations.
Online breeding season administration brings structure, clarity, and professionalism to what has traditionally been a fragmented and time-consuming process. By managing contracts, payments, and communication through a single platform, both mare and stallion owners can move away from informal arrangements and into a more secure, transparent system. Contracts are submitted, approved, and recorded digitally, payments are processed upfront, and all parties, including vets, are notified with the correct details at the right time. This removes the need to chase paperwork, follow up on payments, or manage scattered communication across multiple channels. The result is a more efficient, reliable breeding process where expectations are clear, time is saved, and all parties are protected, setting a new standard for how breeding seasons are managed within the Performance Horse Industry.
