What happens if I cancel my Horse profile but want to return later?
Your profile will not be immediately deleted. 
Your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. 
 We offer an archive period of 12 months, where your profile is safely stored. You will be notified before permanent deletion and given the opportunity to renew or extend the archive. If the profile is permanently deleted and later recreated, initial setup fees will apply again.
What membership do I need to access exclusive data?
To access exclusive data within Mare and Stallion profiles, you will need a Silver Membership (minimum). As a Eminent member, you gain access to: Owner and or trainer insights you won’t find anywhere else Height reference photo 360° walk-around videos.
How do I create to get a Mare Profile?
Creating a Mare Profile on Eminent Equine is a straightforward process designed to ensure your mare is presented clearly and professionally. 
 To get started, you’ll first need to create an account and select an owner membership. Once you log in to your dashboard, you can begin building your mare’s profile by entering key details such as pedigree, performance history, and general information. 

Before your profile goes live, we require professional photography of your Mare. High-quality images are an important part of presenting your mare properly and ensuring she is represented at the standard the platform is known for. You can choose from the photographers here, or we can assign one to you. Once your images are ready, they can be uploaded along with any video and supporting content. You’ll also have the ability to upload images and videos, record results, and include details about progeny and breeding activity. 

The platform is designed to guide you through each step, making it easy to compile everything in one place. Once submitted, our team reviews the profile to ensure consistency and quality before it goes live. From there, you can update your mare’s profile at any time, allowing it to grow alongside her performance, progeny, and ongoing contribution to your program. If you need assistance at any stage, the Eminent Equine team is available to support you
How will an Eminent Equine profile help my program?
An Eminent Equine profile creates a central, professional record of your horse. It allows you to: Present pedigree, performance, and progeny in one place Build long-term value and credibility Promote your horse to a targeted audience Support breeding and purchasing decisions with clear information Over time, your profile becomes a digital asset that grows with your program.
How long does it take for my profile to go live?
Once your profile has been completed and submitted with all required information and professional imagery, our team will review it for quality and consistency. Typically, profiles are approved and go live within a few business days. If anything further is required, we will contact you directly to assist.
Can I update my profile throughout the year?
Yes. 
 Your dashboard allows you to update your profile at any time. You can continue to add: Performance results, Progeny updates, Images and video, Breeding information.
 Your profile is designed to grow alongside your horse and your program.
Can I promote multiple horses under one account?
Yes. 
 You can manage multiple mares and/or stallions under one account, allowing you to build and present your entire program in one place.
Do you help with marketing my Profile/s?
Yes. 
 Eminent Equine supports your Profile through: Professional profile presentation, Platform exposure to a targeted audience, Promotion of progeny and results, Ongoing visibility within the industry, Social media representation. Our goal is to ensure your horse is represented at a consistent, professional standard.
When is the best time to create a profile?
Ideally, profiles should be created ahead of breeding season or major competition periods. Also, it's better to get professional photography done in warmer months. This allows time to: Organise professional photography Prepare content and results Ensure your horse is visible when demand is highest Planning early ensures your profile is ready when it matters most.
Do I need professional photos?
Yes. 
Strong imagery is essential to presenting your horse, and we can help organise this if needed.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
You can change your plan at any time through your account dashboard. Silver's memberships can be upgraded to owner memberships if you would like to create a horse profile at any time through your dashboard. How does online breeding season administration work?
Online breeding season administration is managed directly through your stallion profile. Mare owners submit contracts through the platform, including all relevant mare and veterinary details. 
The stallion owner receives a notification to review and approve the request. 
 Once approved, Payment is processed securely upfront. 
Both mare and stallion veterinarians are notified. 
All breeding details are shared and recorded. 
Throughout the process, key updates such as breeding dates and pregnancy confirmations are tracked within the system. 
 If a breeding is unsuccessful, the next steps whether to rebreed or issue a refund are clearly managed through the platform. 
 This removes the need to chase paperwork, follow up payments, or manage multiple communication channels, providing a more structured and reliable way to manage the breeding season.

What should buyers and sellers do before proceeding?
We encourage all parties to complete their own due diligence, inspections, veterinary checks, and independent legal or financial advice before entering into any sale agreement.
How does buying an embryo through Eminent Equine work?
Embryo purchases through Eminent Equine are structured as the purchase of a breeding opportunity, not an existing embryo (unless otherwise specified). The process typically involves: A mare owner advertising availability from a specific mare A purchaser applying to secure the rights to an embryo Agreement on stallion selection, price, and terms before breeding begins Once terms are agreed and a deposit is paid, the mare is scheduled for breeding. The embryo is then created after the agreement is in place.
What is Eminent Equine’s role in this process?
Eminent Equine acts as: A marketing platform An administrative facilitator A payment processor (where applicable) Eminent Equine does not: Perform veterinary procedures Control reproductive outcomes Guarantee results All veterinary work is carried out by licensed professionals and accredited facilities.

If you are an event organiser and notice incorrect or outdated information, please contact the Eminent Equine team directly. Eminent Equine is designed for horses that are either actively performing or producing within the Performance Horse Industry. 
 This includes mares and stallions with: Proven performance results, Established or emerging progeny, Clear breeding value within a program. The platform is curated to maintain a consistent standard, ensuring all horses are represented with professionalism and credibility.

Progeny are connected to existing mare or stallion profiles on the platform, helping buyers view bloodlines, achievements, and family performance history.
Can I update my listing after it goes live?
Yes. Listings like profiles can be updated with new images, sale status changes, results, or price adjustments as needed.
Does Eminent Equine sell the horse on behalf of owners?
No. Eminent Equine provides the platform and promotional space for listings only. We are not a sales agent, broker, or party to the transaction. All enquiries, inspections, negotiations, contracts, payments, and final sale arrangements are handled directly between the buyer and the seller.
